You agree to use Fuego Stats only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activities that occur under it.
Fuego Stats provides tools for recording team, player, and game statistics. While we make every reasonable effort to store this data reliably, we cannot guarantee that data will persist or remain available indefinitely. You acknowledge that data may be lost, corrupted, or removed due to technical issues, maintenance, or system changes.
We intend for Fuego Stats to remain stable and available long-term. However, we cannot guarantee that the Service will remain unchanged, uninterrupted, or available in the same state forever. Features may evolve, be modified, or be discontinued as the platform grows.
Although the Service is currently free to use, future versions of Fuego Stats may include (or require) subscription plans. Any such changes will be communicated proactively, and we will make reasonable efforts to provide continuity for existing users.
By posting stats, messages, photos, images, or any media through messaging or any Service feature, you confirm that:
Fuego Stats does not assume liability for user-uploaded content and may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, availability, or performance.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Fuego Stats is not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the Service, including loss of data or interruptions in availability.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
